NASA Industrial Base Study Results
The Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security released its report on the “National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s
(NASA) Human Space Flight Industrial Base in the
Post-Space Shuttle/Constellation Environment.”
The report’s representative survey sample consists of 536 suppliers affiliated with the former Space Shuttle and Constellation programs.
The assessment highlights and prioritizes immediate areas of concern for NASA, with focus on the 150 survey respondents that identified themselves as dependent on NASA.
