New Commercial Capsule Reaches International Space Station
On September 29, 2013, the first Cygnus spacecraft berthed with the International Space Station (ISS), becoming the second new cargo delivery system to be demonstrated under NASA’s Commercial Orbital Transportation Services (COTS) program. It hauled about 1,300 pounds of supplies to ISS.
