Task Force Budget Request Increased to $100 Million
The President has amended his FY 2011 budget request to expand the Florida Space Coast workforce and economic development effort to other regions affected by space industry job losses. The request has been increased from $40 million to $100 million, including $75 million to be disbursed by the Department of Commerce’s Economic Development Administration.
