U.S.-Japan Comprehensive Space Dialogue Held June 24, 2019

The Commerce Department participated in the Sixth U.S.-Japan Comprehensive Space Dialogue, held at the White House on June 24, 2019. The event brought together senior officials from the governments of the United States and Japan to advance bilateral space cooperation and further strengthen the United States-Japan alliance as declared by their leaders.

The Office of Space Commerce participated in discussions of Space Situational Awareness and Space Traffic Management (SSA/STM), commercial space activities, and global navigation satellite systems (GNSS). NOAA participated in discussions on space weather and Earth observation.
