Jason Kim of the Office of Space Commercialization was a featured speaker at the September 25 meeting of the Civil GPS Service Interface Committee (CGSIC) in Fort Worth, Texas. His presentation summarized the results of Irv Leveson’s recently published economic study on the productivity benefits of the second civilian GPS signal, known as L2C.
